Privacy Policy
The short version: EYU SUITS does not send your files anywhere, because there is nowhere to send them. No account, no sign in, no server holding your work. This page says what does travel, and when.

1. Who we are
EYU SUITS is made by EYU LABS. Where this page says "we", it means EYU LABS. Where it says EYU SUITS, it means the application running on your own computer. For anything on this page, write to the address on our contact page.
2. Your files
Your files never leave your computer. Every tool runs locally, against files on your own disk, using your own processor and graphics card. Video is encoded on your machine. Speech is transcribed on your machine. Images are upscaled and backgrounds removed on your machine. There is no upload step, no queue on our side, and no copy of your work anywhere except where you put it.
We could not hand your work to anyone if we were asked for it, because we do not have it. That is a property of how the software is built rather than a promise about how we behave.
3. When EYU SUITS uses the internet
Four occasions, and none of them involve the contents of your files.
- Checking your licence. When you enter a key, and at least once every fourteen days after that, EYU SUITS checks it with our activation service, which runs on Cloudflare and passes the check on to our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. What travels is the key and a machine identifier: a one-way hash of your computer's Windows machine ID, never the ID itself. Like any connection, the request also carries your IP address. Our activation service keeps nothing; Lemon Squeezy records which machines a key is active on, labelled with part of that hash. No filenames, no file contents, no record of which tools you ran. If EYU SUITS cannot reach the service for fourteen days, it asks to be connected before carrying on.
- Fetching a model. Transcription, upscaling, frame interpolation, stem separation and background removal each need a model file too large to ship inside the installer. The first time you run one, EYU SUITS downloads that model from its publisher, once, and then never again. That is a file coming to you, not information going out, though like any download the publisher's server sees your IP address. The optional engine parts in Settings are fetched the same way, from the Python package index and PyTorch's own download server.
- Following a link you pasted. The download tool exists to fetch media from a page you give it. When you use it, EYU SUITS contacts that page and only that page. Nothing about you is sent to us.
- Crash reports. EYU SUITS does not send crash reports. If that ever changes, it will ask you before sending each one, and a report will never carry your files, your file names, or anything you typed.
What the free trial stores on your computer. When you start the trial, and only then, EYU SUITS writes a small record of the trial's start date and an identifier for this computer's hardware in several places on your computer, so that the trial runs once per computer. Some of those places are hidden, and they are not removed by uninstalling EYU SUITS: that is what stops the trial being restarted by reinstalling it. The record contains nothing about you or your files, and none of it is sent anywhere. If you want it removed, write to us and we will tell you how.
4. This website
The site you are reading is separate from the application, and it is deliberately plain.
- No tracking. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no third party tag of any kind. Nobody is told that you visited.
- No cookies we set. Reading this site sets none. If you leave a comment or log in to the dashboard, WordPress sets the cookies it needs to do that, and nothing else does.
- No outside requests. The typefaces, the stylesheet and the scripts are all served from this domain. Your browser is never sent to a font service or a content network to read this page, so your address is never handed to one. The one exception is the pricing page, which loads Lemon Squeezy's checkout script from their server so that the buy buttons can open their checkout. What their checkout collects, and any cookies it sets, are covered by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy.
- Server logs. Our host records the ordinary things a web server records: the IP address of the request, the page asked for, the time, and the browser string. That is how a server is run and how abuse is spotted. We do not build profiles from it and we do not combine it with anything else. Logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
5. Buying a licence
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for every sale. When you buy, you are on their checkout, and they collect what a payment processor has to collect: your name, your email address, your billing country for tax, and your card details. We never see your card number. We receive your email address and your order, so that we can send your key and support you afterwards.
Lemon Squeezy has its own privacy policy governing what they hold and how. Their processing of your payment is theirs, not ours.
6. Email
We will email you your licence key and anything else your order needs. If you ask to hear about new versions, we will email you about new versions, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click. We do not sell, rent or share your address.
7. What we hold, why, and for how long
The whole list, so you can see how short it is.
- Your order and email address. Held because we have to: a licence key has to be issuable again when you lose it, and tax records have to be keepable. Kept for as long as the licence is live, and then for as long as tax law where we are established requires.
- Support emails. Held so that a conversation makes sense the second time you write. Kept for two years, then deleted.
- Licence activations. The key, and a label for each machine it is active on made from part of that machine's hashed identifier. Held by Lemon Squeezy while the licence is active, so that the activation count means something, and released when you release a machine. Our own activation service stores nothing.
- Newsletter address. Held until you unsubscribe, at which point it is removed rather than marked.
The lawful bases, for those who need them named: performing the contract you bought, for orders, keys and support; our legitimate interest in a working and unabused product, for licence checks, the trial record and server logs; your consent, for the newsletter, withdrawable at any time; and legal obligation, for tax records.
8. Your rights over it
Wherever you live, and regardless of whether the law where you live grants them, we will honour these.
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Have anything wrong corrected.
- Have it deleted, except the parts tax law obliges us to keep.
- Get your data in a portable form.
- Object to a use, or ask us to restrict one.
- Withdraw consent to email at any time, without it affecting anything you bought.
Write to the address on our contact page. We will answer inside thirty days, and we will not ask you to create an account in order to exercise a right. If you are in the UK or the EU and you think we have handled this badly, you may complain to your data protection authority, though we would rather you told us first and gave us the chance to fix it.
9. Where it is held
Our host, our activation service (Cloudflare) and our payment provider may store or process data outside the country you live in, including in the United States. Where that happens, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism. We do not move your data anywhere for our own convenience, because there is very little of it to move.
10. Keeping it safe
The site is served only over an encrypted connection and says so to the browser, so a later visit cannot be downgraded. It refuses to load scripts, styles, fonts or frames from anywhere but itself, which is what stops an injected script from running or from sending anything out. It cannot be placed inside a frame on another site. It publishes no list of its users. The parts of the publishing software this site does not use are switched off rather than left answering.
No system is beyond reach, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What we can say is that there is very little here to take: no card numbers, no files, no passwords belonging to you.
11. Children
This is a professional tool and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly sell to or collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us something, write to us and it will be removed.
12. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material will be said plainly rather than buried. Continuing to use EYU SUITS after a change means you accept the current version.
13. Contact
Questions about any of this go to the address on our contact page.
