Terms of Service
These terms cover the website and buying a licence. What you may do with the application once it is installed is set out separately in the Licence Agreement.
Last updated 25 September 2026
1. Agreeing to this
Using eyusuits.com or buying a licence means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site and do not buy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you are allowed to.
2. What we sell
EYU SUITS is software you download and run on your own computer. You are buying a licence to use it, not the software itself, and not a service we host on your behalf. There is no server doing the work, which is the point of it, and it also means there is nothing for us to take away.
3. Accounts, or the absence of one
There is no account. You buy, you receive a key by email, you enter the key in the application. Keep the key somewhere you will find it again. It is the proof of what you bought, and if you lose it we can look up your order by the email address you paid with.
4. Licence checks
EYU SUITS confirms your key with our activation service and our payment provider when you first enter it, and at least once every fourteen days afterwards, so that a licence stays inside the number of machines it was sold for. It works offline in between; after fourteen days without a connection it asks to reconnect before carrying on. The check sends the key and a machine identifier. It does not send your files, your file names, or a record of what you have been doing.
5. Crash diagnostics
EYU SUITS does not collect usage data, does not phone home while you work, and does not send crash reports. If crash reporting is ever added, it will ask you before sending each report, a report will never include your files, file names or file paths, and declining will change nothing about how the application runs.
6. Price and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and do not include the sales tax or VAT your country charges. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, adds what is due at checkout and remits it.
Prices change. The price you paid is the price you paid, and a later change does not reach back to your order. A licence with an update window keeps that window at the terms it was sold under.
7. Free trial
The trial gives you every tool for 14 days with nothing withheld. It is offered in good faith and for the purpose of deciding whether to buy. Defeating the trial period, by resetting it or otherwise, to keep using the paid tools without paying for them, is not use of a trial; it is use without a licence.
8. Using the site fairly
Do not attempt to break into the site, disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to distribute malware. Do not copy the site's text, design or code for your own product. Do not misrepresent yourself as us.
9. What you use the application for is your responsibility
The application is a set of tools. Tools do not choose what they are pointed at.
In particular, the download tool fetches media from a page you supply. Whether you are entitled to download that media is a question about you, that page and the law where you are, and it is not a question we can answer for you. Do not use it on material you have no right to take. The same applies to stripping metadata, separating stems from a commercial recording, or anything else the application makes technically easy. Technically easy and lawful are different things, and the difference is yours to mind.
You agree not to use EYU SUITS to infringe anyone's copyright, to create material that is unlawful where you are, or to produce anything designed to deceive people about who a real person is or what they said.
10. Third party components
EYU SUITS includes open source software and neural models published by others. Each component and its licence is listed in the file THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, installed next to the application, and the notices we publish are on our Open Source Licences page.
Every one of them permits commercial use. We check this before anything ships, and we have removed components over it: three models that were once in the application were taken out because their terms restricted what you could do with the result. Nothing you are asked to agree to here, and nothing anyone upstream asks, requires you to pay a third party for work you produce with this software.
11. Support
Support is by email, in English, for licence holders and for people trying the application in good faith. We answer as quickly as we can, and inside one working day for Studio and Founding licences. We do not offer a guaranteed response time on other tiers, on the trial, or on public holidays.
Support covers the application. It does not extend to your operating system, your graphics drivers, your codecs, or teaching video production.
12. Updates
Each tier includes new versions for a stated period. When that period ends the application does not stop and nothing is taken away. You keep the last version released inside your window, permanently, and it keeps doing everything it did that day. Continuing to receive new versions after that is optional and is priced on the pricing page.
We may change, add or remove features in new versions. If a change removes something significant, it will be in the release notes rather than discovered.
13. No warranty beyond what the law requires
The application is provided as it is. We have tested it, on real files, on real hardware, and we run it ourselves, but we cannot promise it is free of defects or that it will do everything you hope on every machine in the world. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed, and in the United Kingdom and the European Union a number of them cannot be.
14. Keep your own backups
Several tools write files, and a few of them, renaming in bulk most obviously, change files where they sit. Keep a copy of anything you cannot lose. This is ordinary advice for any tool that touches your disk, and we are giving it plainly rather than in a clause nobody reads.
15. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost profit, lost data or any indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the application. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Ending it
You can stop using the application at any time. We may end your licence if you breach the Licence Agreement in a serious way and do not put it right after we have asked, or if the purchase behind it is reversed.
17. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the place EYU LABS is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring a claim there.
18. The rest
If a clause here is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, the Licence Agreement, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy together are the whole agreement between us.
19. Contact
Anything about these terms goes to the address on our contact page.
