FAQ
Before you buy.
Short answers. If yours is not here, write to us and it will be.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and EYU SUITS is yours. Your tier comes with updates and new tools for one year, two years or 3, and when that runs out nothing switches off. The version you have keeps working, permanently.
What happens after the 14 day trial?
You buy a licence and paste the key in, and everything carries on where you left it. One payment, not a subscription. Whatever you made during the trial is already yours: the files sit on your disk, with no watermark and nothing that expires.
Do I need an account?
No. A key arrives by email and you paste it in once.
Can I use EYU SUITS for client work?
Yes, on any paid tier, and on the trial. What you make is yours, with no royalty and no credit required, and nobody upstream of us has a claim on it either. Every AI model in EYU SUITS is published under a licence that permits commercial use. We check that before a release, and we have taken models out of the application for failing it.
How many devices?
Personal covers 1, Studio covers 3, Founding covers 5. They are yours to arrange as you like, and you can release a machine from Settings and use the slot on another one. Every tier can also be bought with up to three extra devices (Personal with one), priced on the pricing page.
Which versions of Windows does it run on?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64 bit. Builds for macOS and Linux are not out yet.
Are more tools coming?
Yes, and that is what an update window buys. Every tool added while yours is open is yours to keep at no extra cost, and it goes on working after the window closes.
Do I need a good graphics card?
No. One makes it much faster. Without one everything still runs on your processor.
Does EYU SUITS work offline?
The work does, always. Every tool runs on your own machine and your files never go anywhere. EYU SUITS itself goes online to confirm your licence is valid, when you first enter the key and about once a fortnight afterwards, and once per AI tool to fetch that tool's model. Those checks carry the key and a machine identifier, never your files.
Will EYU SUITS slow my computer down?
While a job runs it uses your graphics card, so you can keep working. You can pause or stop anything from the queue.
Can I get a refund?
Keys cannot be refunded once sent, which is why the trial is free and complete. There are exceptions, listed on the refund page.
